Today is Friday the 13th, a day some people believe has negative or evil connections to. It amazes me the number of people that have superstitions, even if they are not otherwise religious or spiritual.
The fact is that a thing, a time, a date and event cannot make you have bad luck. What causes it is the belief that will. There is truth in "if you believe something you'll find a way of making it happen."
As I've talked about in the past our thought have much more power than we might think. Our thoughts connected us with events, other and out past lives. So with we believe something bad is going to happen we lower of spiritual defenses and leave us open to our past lives or attacks from sub-astrals or negative thoughts.
So do not let yourself be a victim of your own making.

Life and the Spirit
I've mentioned this before but it seems that life often interferes with our spiritual life. I find that when I get busy I find that I slip back into my old patterns and let my spirit slide. This past couple of week have been like this but also better than normal. I found that over the weekend I was in touch with my intuition. This is the right direction. The ideal is that the spiritual habits are your default habits.
On another note I'm glad to say that this blog in about half a year has passed in traffic what my other blog did in two and half years.
I would also like to thank a few people who recently commented on some posts. The comments were really good and the type of comments I've been hoping for.

My Childhood Monster
I have posted previously regarding monsters in my son's room. On the weekend (yes I have been intending on post this all week), I was putting my son to bed. He was laying on the floor looking under his dresser. He said two things as his looking under the dresser and pointed "monster" and "hand". Now this may not at first appear important but it had a big impact on me.
You see when I was young, like most kids, I had "monsters" in my room. My monsters took the form of hands that lived under my bed. The hands would try to grab me when if I ever got out of bed. Now her I was all these years later, laying on the the floor with my son, looking under his dresser and he was telling me he saw a hand.
This of course got me wondering. Was the monster he was seeing the same ones that tormented me as a child? Was this more proof to support my theory that the bogyman and other childhood monsters have a basis in fact?
We should be listening closer to what our children say to us when they are scared. Have an open mind and believe when they tell you about that monster in the corner. We have and we have armed my son with the weapons he need to send the monsters away.

What You Believe is Right
What ever it is that you believe it is the right thing for you. That doesn't mean that it is universally right or the truth, but it is what you need to believe. Off the top of my head I can think of four different groups of belief systems: Organized Religions, Own Religion, No Religion or Spiritual Explorer.
Organized Religions are what you would expect. These are all the well know and not so well know religious groups. The bases for this group is that the group believes basically the same thing. Their might be some minor deviations and some in the group that question the faith, but over all they believe in basically the same thing and there is normally some doctrine. They believe their faith is fact and would be difficult to get them to believe something else.
Own Religions are when the person develops their own belief system. Usually buy taking bits and pieces from various religions or by using an organized religion as a base. Then may use some doctrine but also may not. They believe their faith is fact and would be difficult to get them to believe something else.
No Religion are when the person does not believe in anything specific. Generally these are people who fell no drive to seek out a faith or belief system. They are happy living out their lives without thinking about or believing in anything.
Spiritual Explorer are the people who are searching for the answers. This is the group that I put myself into. These people actively search for the truth and often discuss belief systems. They are open to all faiths but follow none. It is likely they have created a form of their own faith but it is not static and grows and changes over time as they learn and grow.
Regardless of which one of these you are, it is the right thing. We are all on our own paths and what is right for one is not right for another. I welcome all here and as a Spiritual Explorer I will listen to what you have to say and grow my own beliefs. I hope that this site can help other Spiritual Explorer in their search for the truth.

What is Good?
In my last post I was questioning the balance of universe and I happy that I touched a cord in a couple of readers. To continue this I have the question what is Good and what is Evil. In may religions it is rather simple; there are rules written down that tell you what you are suppose to do and what you are not allowed to do.
I think however that reality does not match the simple black and white, words in print answer. So I ask you what do you think determine what is good and what is bad?
One could argue that killing is not bad. After all by killing someone are you not releasing their soul either to their god or to what ever other world you might believe in? Most people believe that we are better off in the after life than we are here so isn't killing someone just like buying them a nice vacation?
On the other side one could argue that killing is bad. That you are not only physically harming the person but also potential harming their soul and most would agree you are harming your own. You are robbing them of all the things they could have experienced had they lived.
Does the universe understand good and evil? Are we better off in the after life for having been "good". I do believe we are. I do believe that our actions impact us on a spiritual level, but if this is the case how is good and bad determined? There has to be more than what's written in a book. But, I guess in the end it come down to each persons beliefs and faith.
The universal truth is out there, but are we ready to see it?

Balance
I have always believed in a balanced universe. That the positive (good) energies are balanced out by the negative (bad) energies. As we grow and become more positive the negative energies have less effect on us. I also believe that our goals are to ascend, for the lack of a better term to the higher dimensions.
Last night however this got me thinking. If it is possible to ascend in the positive direction could someone ascend in the negative direction? Is this where demons and such come from. Are they more than the near mindless sub-astrals I've talked about before?
I know in the past that there has been a battle between the positive and negative energies. This is what the bible has documented as the battle between heaven and hell. A battle that most of us are stuck between today.
I questioned on if it was equally valid to ascend to the negative energy? What is it the makes the positive energies better than the negative ones?
As I learn more about the universe and myself I can understand more, but it opens so many question. I know in my heart that for me ascension to the positive energy to the light is the right path for me, but are there people and souls out there where the path to the negative energies and to the dark is the right path? If so what does that mean for us on our spiritual path?
I know this is a little different than my normal post but it was just something that I need to put out there. I think that this could make an interesting discussion point and I hope you put your thought in.

It's Never OK to Kill
With recent event in the middle east this topic has come to my mind. Israel is attacking and killing and trying to justify this by saying that it is for their own defence and to get their soldiers back. It is unfortunately that in our world today that people still feel the need for violence and that there are people who only understand violence. Peace is not something we have seen on the world as a whole since fighting was invented.
I honest believe that there is never a situation that it is OK to attack, hurt or kill someone. This includes not only physically but mentally, emotionally and spiritually. When you realise the truth that any violent situation you find yourself in, you have drawn to yourself you will begin to see that the problem is not the other person, but in side yourself. If you deal with and heal the past life that has drawn the violence to you then the situation will defuse or will not effect you spiritually. Remember that death is not to be fear, it is a transition and the one that bring the possibility for true spiritual ascension.
I would like to close with one final comment. I am not Jewish but does not their bible teach that Moses came down off the mountain carrying two stones with the 10 commandments from God. Was not one of those commandments "thou shall not kill." There were not exceptions added to the commandment, it was just that simple "thou shall not kill."

Looking Outside
One of the most common situations that I see is people that are looking for their spiritual answers from an outside source. Now this doesn't mean that you can not learn from others only that the only place that you can find the "truth" is within yourself. It is common for people to focus so much on finding answers outside that they forget to look inside and find out what there own spirit is telling them. As I have stated before I don't think that we can understand the whole truth on the physical plane and thus each of our truths our incomplete and thus have some flaws.
I have seen people who rely so much on someone else's vision of the truth or their skills in healing or psychic knowledge of our past lives or future. In reality this is not where the answers about or past of future lie. No one else can truly heal us. At some point in order to develop spiritually we must stand up and say, that I can do all these things myself, I have all the answers that I need inside and I don't need to follow someone else.
As always I add that I think there are still things we can learn from each other and that by sharing what we know about the "truth" with each other, we all get a little closer to the real "truth"

The Creator
Many faiths are based around a creator. A person or being that made everything we know including all the living things. The creator or the creation of the universe is one of the critical things in religions, but I ask is it truly important. Most scientists are now ignoring or at least recognizing that knowing what happened before the big bang it something that we can know. Basically that time started with the big bang. At this point most faiths have dropped the idea that the world was just dropped into existence in its current state and believe that the creator initiated the big bang and directed its development.
I have never been one to believe in a traditional god. It has long been my belief that any being powerful enough to create the universe and in the case of the bible be perfect, isn't really going to care if I believe in them and that if they are going to judge me in the after life that it will not be based on if I went to the right church or prayed to the right god. They will judge me on how I lived my life.
That being said I don't believe that we are judge in this way, not by a higher being. Higher beings know enough not the judge other and approach others with an understanding. It is though here on this world that judge other and ourselves. Where we go after we die is more dependants on how much we have learned; have we learned enough that we can live on the higher planes? If not, then we come back to do more learning.
One of my favorite explanations for life and the universe comes for the TV show "Babylon 5". In the show one of the groups tells the one of the main characters that we are "Manifestations of the universe trying to understand itself." Now I don't think that it’s this simple or that we are just what we are now, but it is close.
I believe that we are children of the universe. I believe that procreation and spiritual development are two of the natural driving forces. The universe itself is no different. It like us continues to grow as we do. At some point in the future we ourselves will grow to the point where the universe was at the big bang. At that point we will create out own universe and continue our journey.

Helping Others
In previous posts I have mentioned that you are the only person that can heal yourself of a past life or Karma. You must also keep this in mind when you feel the desire to help someone. The reality of the situation is that they are the only ones that can truly help them. This might sound a little cold and this is a concept I have fought with myself but there is no way around it. Regardless of what position the person is in or what has happened to them they are there because of their past life Karma. So how do you go about helping these people?
The first thing you have to look at is why you feel the need to help them. In most cases we are driven by guilt. Guilt from our past life actions. What you need to do is look into yourself and find the true reason you are driven to help this person. By clearing your past life you are actually helping this person far more than giving them money or sympathy.
If you can get past your own guilt, or even if you don't, the other thing that you can do to help this person is to ask the more advanced souls to help this person. After this you move on knowing that the spiritual help the person needs is there for them. If you you still feel the need to do more, look inside and ask yourself why.

The Cost of Spiritualism
I have long believed that Spiritualism and spiritual learning is best done in an open collaborative environment. Where people not only listen and learn but also teach. In reality most Spiritualism is done for a charge and profit.
Most churches and religious organizations charge you for their teachings. They may not call it a charge, it could be for donations or similar terms, but the fact is that you are expected to give them money in exchange for the spiritual knowledge and leadership that they are giving you.
Even if you decided to go it alone or avoid the organized religions you don't get away from the fee. You have books that are no cheaper than any other books. Don't fool yourself into thinking these writers and publishers are trying to teach you out of some noble cause. They are there to make a profit. Now I'm sure there are some that are there for noble reasons but for most it comes down to money. Then you have spiritual seminars and sessions. Again you pay to attend and more than what's require to pay for the hall.
I understand that these people are putting their time and effort into these things and you could easily justify the fact that they deserve to get paid for their efforts. In the end it comes down to "you can be saved, but only if you can pay."
Most of us think this mentality only exist in a select few, high profile, religious leaders but you can find it everywhere. The history of organized religions is not one of faith and helping but that of power and control.
This is one of the reasons I started this blog. To share what I have learn and in hopes that I might learn from those who comment here. That doesn't mean I wouldn't like to make money off this site. If I could put some money in my pocket from this effort I would. What I won't do however, is cut off this blog to those who can pay or charge from my posts. I would consider putting some Ads on the site or publishing a cheap POD or e-Book. I assure you however that this site is not a get rich scheme. In fact I don't expect that this site will ever pull in anything worth mentioning. I believe the spiritual truth is for everyone, it is not owned by one person. It is the right of everyone, not just those who can pay.

It's not always easy
In my previous post I wrote about how you deal with your past lives. How you clear them or get a healing from the karma they have on you. Written down the process appears quite simple. After all it is just a list of steps. Reality however is completely different it takes a lot of time and practice to be able to clear past lives at will and even then is not all that easy. Our egos get involved. The effect of this is that when we get a past life it turns out to be more what you want it to be rather than what it is and thus is not cleared. There are also distractions.
This weekend I was sick. I recognized that the source was not a virus or something in this life, but the past life that drew that virus to me. So, I started my process of figuring out what I need to heal. The problem was that I was so physically distracted (pain and nauseous) that I couldn’t focus. I could not detach myself from the situation long enough to do what I need to do to figure out the past life involved.
It is important to understand that no matter how far down the road you are; sometime you encounter a situation that is a struggle for you. But, you keep on struggling, you learn and you heal. In the end you are spiritually stronger than when you started.

Past Lives - How to Deal with Them (a reply to M)
Hey M, I'm glad you posted your question and I will do my best to give you an answer.
The first thing to do is to look at my last couple of post, specifically Past Lives - How they Affect You?" In this post I describe how the events and situations of this life are controlled or drawn to us based on our past lives and karma. In drawing these situations to you, your higher self or soul is looking to give you an opportunity to heal the situation.
As I mentioned in the post the positive situations/emotions are not an issue (as I'm sure you would agree). We therefore start by looking at the negative emotions that you are feeling: isolation, fear, loneliness, and uncertainty, whatever the emotions are that you are feeling.
The next steps take some effort and practice and you may not get your healing right away, f you don't, I'm sad to say you have to start back at the beginning of the process (looking at your emotions).
Once you have identified what it is you are feeling, and then you must start to look inside. These feelings and the situation that caused them are not someone else’s fault. No one made you feel these things. You then separate yourself from the emotions, and recognize that these emotions are not yours but those of the past self. As you become skilled at this you will be able to identify the specifics of the past life.
The last step is to separate yourself from the past self. This is the most difficult piece and the hardest to explain. Many people I've talked to have different ways of visualising this. But what you are doing to completing your experience and releasing the past self.
If the situation does not clear there are two common reasons. First is that you have not cleared the past self, likely because you got the past life wrong. The second is that you are now being affected by a different past life; it is common for past lives to build on one another, so that many lives have had similar situations and emotions with them.
M, I hope this helps you out, if you need more detail or have specific question please let me know and I will focus on those areas.
Love and Light,
Terry

Past Lives - How they Affect You?
As I posted in previously, I believe that we have lived past lives and in those lives we have created negative, positive and neutral karma. We will ignore positive and neutral karma as they don't have an effect on us. It is how ever the many negative karma situations that we must worry about.
To understand how we can clear or heal our past karma we must understand how they affect us.
The events in our lives are drawn to us, whether they are "good" or "bad" based on the energy relationships (karma) we have with those situations and people. When we encounter a situation that brings out a past karma we transfigure. In transfiguring we become the past self. The past self then tries to play out the karma or situation as it knows (basically repeating the actions from the past life. In this way we are basically reading the script of our past lives. This is why many situations in our lives are repeated. We are being given the chance to deal with our karma from a past life, but until we do we follow the same script.
Follow the same script does not mean literally doing exactly what we did before, but it means we end up with the same energies and emotions in play. In a past life you may have argued with someone regarding the ownership of a horse and in this life it could be a car or something completely different. It is also important to know that in order to understand a situation we must experience both side. So the person that robs you may be someone you stole from in a past life.
When a past life replays it is not the specific action that are ultimately important but the energy and emotions of the parties involved. In a future post I will go over how to heal a past life/karma. But to get started I recommend that you watch your emotions. Watch for negative emotions (hate, jealousy, sadness) and actions (gossip, physical violence); recognize that these things are not emotions or actions that you desire.

The Importance of The Da Vinci Code
Over the weekend I went to see The Da Vinci Code and I have been trying to get through the book. The movie was good, I have no complaints as far as movies go, but I've been fighting my way through the book. I know most people rave about the book but in reality the book is not well written, but this is not what I want to talk about.
There are a lot of people fighting over the book/movie. What each side views as truth and lies, but is this what is truly important about the book? For me no; I'm not a church going and I respect everyone’s right to believe what they want. What I think is most important are the questions that the book raises regarding the formation of the church.
In order to understand the validity of the bible and what it says you have to understand how it was created in the first place. I can't say if how the movie/book shows the bible was created it accurate or not, but I think it does ask question worth asking of any religious book. Who wrote or created the book? What did they choose exclude? What was the ultimate goal of the creators?
Any religious or spiritual book/writing are the portrayal of "facts" as the author hopes to convey. Did the author intend on helping others? Or, is there intent to fool the read? Or, is it simply a misinterpreted work of fiction?
For these reason I believe that the ultimate source for the truth is within. It is within that you will determine if the bible speaks to you or if the Da Vinvi Code makes you question the church. It is our own truth that matters more than anything else.

Past Lives - How old are you?
Over the past little while I have posted regarding dealing with negative events and situations. In many of the posts I referred to the source of these situations as being in our past lives and past selves. Understanding past lives is an important part of dealing with negative events in out lives and healing.
Today it would be very difficult for you to find a person that did not have past lives. The fact is that our past lives control almost every aspect of our lives unless we do something to stop it. We would all like to believe the physics when they say we were someone important, but the reality is that in most of your life you are not notable people from history. You are just as you are now, a person living out his life unknown by most of the world. I don’t mean this in a negative way; it’s just a statement of fact. After all does this not describe most people?
Often when you visit a physic they like to tell you that you are an old soul. My brother-in-law was just told this exact thing, but has anyone ever asked them what they mean by an old soul? To be honest I'm not surprise that so many people are old souls, because it is a subjective term. Before you read on I want you to answer two questions. How old is an old soul (years old or number of life times)? How old do you think your soul is?
Well it may surprise you but an average soul can be hundreds of thousands of years olds, having possibly lived thousands of life times. You can see how some psychics could think of the average person as being an old soul.
In future postings I will cover how our past lives affect our current life, but it is important to understand that our souls are much older than many might think, and that those thousands of past lives have influence over our current actions and life.

Pandemic
Over the last while there has been a lot of discussion in the new regarding the Avian/Bird flu (H5N1) and a pandemic if the flu were to mutate to a human to human transmittable virus. Last night my wife and I had a discussion around this issue and some of what came out of that discussion I want to share here.
She asks, "Why are so many people worried about this?" My answer, "because over half of the people who have been infected with it have died." (115 Deaths in 205 cases, WHO).
She asks, "So that would mean that at least one of us would die? Does that no concern you?"My answer, "Not really."
So why don't I worry about a virus that possible could wipe out half the worlds population and could kill a lot of my family? Because I don't honestly thing it will. It's being watched very carefully and there is a lot of work going on to make sure it doesn't happen. Also it is not happening. I'm not one to worry until the event is on us.
That being said, my wife also asked if my beliefs had a part in my not worrying and they do. I know that dying is not a bad thing. Dying is just a transition and one I'm not scared of taking. If it was my family and not me that died would I not feel sad? Likely, but deep down I understand that they have continued their journey that the events that led to their deaths were part of a learning for them. I don't believe in mourning the dead. Mourning is for the living.
I also believe that all illnesses and other negative situations in our lives are caused on a spiritual/energetic level and not on the physical level. The reason you get sick is because of a spiritual lesson you need to learn, a karma you need to work our and a past life you need to release. If you are able to obtain you spiritual healing then the illnesses or situation will resolve itself in the manner that you spiritually require.
I believe that fear comes from the lack of knowledge and understanding. Fear comes from the unknown. A pandemic although may have unknown components to it, I know one a spiritual level where they come from and how to deal with them. There for no fear.
Even if you can not shine a physical light on something and understand it or tell how future events will unfold, if you shine your spiritual light on it, even though all the answer will not be there, you will understand and the fear will lift.
Spiritual understanding is the true source of understanding, the true way to remove fear from our lives and in the end the only understanding that matters.

Finding time for the Spirit
As you might have noticed it has been a while since my last post. I recognize this but I'm not going to get into the habit of saying sorry because I don't post. After all I don't get paid for doing this and ultimately I write because I get enjoyment out of it and if I have to force it I think my posts will suffer and some times my real life gets in the way.
Many of us live what we consider to be busy lives. We struggle to find a balance between work, play, family and spirit. Each is important to us for different reasons so finding and justifying a balance can be very difficult. Over the past couple of weeks, I have been busier than normal and the number of my posts here has fallen off. As well, my focus on my spirit has fallen to side as well.
But it doesn't have to and in a way it doesn't truly fall to the side. After all our spirit should be and is part of our every day life. How we respond to traffic or a decision in not only logical and emotional but spiritual as well. We can keep spirit in our every day by bringing it into our every day. By that I don't mean going around telling all your co-workers your beliefs, but it is rather living them. When you respond to the traffic jam are you doing so in a spiritual way? For most of us it not likely. Well take that extra second and respond in the correct way. The same when you are faced with a decision, be it a moral decision or a more logical decision, take your spirit into account. It is a choice that spiritually sound?
Spiritually is more than saying we believe something. It is how we live our lives and treat those around us. It is apart of us. If what we do and what we say don't match than either out actions or words are lying.

What I Really Want
I had a reply recently regarding how to handle/deal with wants. In the specific case, I would guess it is a want that is having a large impact on the posters life. Ultimately, it is up to the individual to say that the want is a negative thing and to make the changes to move away from it but I think an explanation of where our wants come from will be useful.
A want is basically a physical object or an emotional state that we desire. In some cases we justify the want to ourselves and in others we can explain it. It is a just a deep down want that we have and don't know why. Most people will say that it's because of our society or our up bringing. You might be able to find "evidence" to support this but this is not the true cause of the want. In reality you drew those experiences to you to set up the want in this life.
I have talked briefly in the past about past lives and their impact on our current life. As you can probable see by the number of times it comes up that past lives are an important aspect of our spiritual growth and learning.
The source of wants is your past lives and karma. It might sound simple and in a way it is and in some ways it's not. We cannot want something in this life that we did not have and/or want in a previous life.
It is likely based on the number of lives we have lived that you have lived a life of privilege at some point. You would have had vast sums of money and were able to buy anything you wanted. In this life you don't have the endless resources, but your pastself is trying/wanting to live like they did previously.
Alternately, you might have been married or had a close relationship with someone, but in this life time that is not possible. You pastself would be use to having that person close, loving them and being loved by them. In this life they will strive to do the same. They will not understand the current situation or why they cannot have the love.
To deal with a want you must first recognize that it is negative to you. You must believe that the want is not good for you. Then you must realise that the want is not yours, as in it is not you in this current life that wants but the pastself. You then separate yourself from your pastself and let them go, must easier said then done.
If you are successful with the separation and release that pastself, it will no longer have a negative impact on your current life. Does that mean that your want will be gone? Not necessarily. We have many lives, and through these lives we add to our karma. If you do not clear all the past lives or get the source life time it is likely you will have to deal with that want again or a variation on it. But, it is important to understand the even though that want or situation maybe the same, the past life could be different.

Bad Thoughts
In my previous post I talked a little about what is Good and what is Bad. As I mentioned these topics are very complex. The "Good"/Positive and "Bad"/Negative can be related to many different spiritual concepts. Today I want to focus on our thoughts and what makes them Positive or Negative.
The first thing that you need to know is that if you think something you might as well say it, the impact to your spirit is the same. Despite what we've been told since child hood the "if you can't think of anything good to say, say nothing at all" does not protect us. That fact is that as soon as you think something the energy form around that thought is created: good or bad.
Our negative thoughts are one of the hardest things to control. Thoughts just seem to jump into our heads before we know what has happened. So, how do we protect ourselves from our own negative thoughts? After the fact there is little you can do about. Sooner or later the thought will come back to you and you'll be forced to deal with them. What you can do is when you have a negative thought, identify it as a negative and unacceptable thought. After a while of identifying thoughts as not acceptable the number of negative thoughts that you have will reduce. The only way to protect yourself from negative thoughts is to not have them.
The important thing to note here is that you can only deal with the negative thoughts that you identify as negative. The biggest negative thoughts are those that direct negative energy to other (thinking bad about people, regardless of how justified you think you are) and casting judgements (the fact is that most people are not in a position to truly understand where other people are).

Good and Bad
I noticed in my Blog stats that a few people were finding this site look for a definition of good and bad or at least good and bad spirits. So, I decided that I would post my thoughts on Good and Bad (Evil).
To start there is no Good and Bad. There are not good and bad spirits/entities, situation, thoughts or energies. There is also nothing or anyone who is inherently good or bad.
So where does this leave us? Are we done with the topic? Not yet I think there are still quite a few things that need to be discussed.
What most would term good or bad, I would use the term positive and negative, but these terms don't accurately reflect the meaning either. The way I look it is that we are at a certain energy level or frequency. When you compare this to other energies they are higher (positive/good), lower (negative/bad) or the same (Neutral).
This higher or lower energy applies to almost anything: people, spirits/entities, situations and thoughts.
To relate this back to the good or bad spirits we must understand the effects of low and high energy.
When someone is high energy they lean toward the spiritual side of life. They tend to strive to not hurt anyone else physically, emotionally or spiritually. They look for happiness within. The higher your energy the more spiritual you will be. They do not focus on material gain.
When someone is low energy they lean toward the physically side of life. This does not mean they are bad or want to hurt other people it just means they tend to focus on material items and things. They look for happiness outside and in material items. They believe the big house or new car will make them happy. They also tend to focus more on what they want and need.
This just starts to touch the surface of this topic. More posts will be required to fully discuss this topic. I hope that you will post your replies, ask questions. As I have done with this post my hope is to post on the topics you want to hear.

An Energy Drain
I'm sure at some point in all our lives we meet a person that is a drain of our energy. Most of the time when we deal with this person we find ourselves with negative thoughts and low energy. As time goes on we can sometimes have these same effects with just the thought of having to deal with them.
In cases like this what do you do? Who's to blame? I'm sure anyone who's read my previous post can guess on what my answers are going to be.
First, who's to blame? The fact is that as soon as you start to assigning blame, like they make me feel this way or anything along that line you are enforcing the situation and getting further from resolving it.
I'm currently in a situation like this and for a while I was letting it go. Letting the situation drag me and my energy down. It wasn't until my wife pointed out that I was being negative about the person that I realised what I was doing. No matter how much progress we seem to make there are always those situations we get into that it takes someone else to point out that we are in a bad place.
In my case the person involved is a low energy obsessed person. I say that not to blame or to less my responsibilities it is just a statement of fact. The person also draws sub-astrals to them. These are their issue and not mine to solve and find fault in.
I job is to ensure that I don't let my thoughts and energy drop and allow the sub-astrals to attack me. Over the past little while I have not been doing this and now I am struggling to resolve my issues. I now recognize that I'm not doing the "right" thing. I also recognize that I have past karma to work out. I am working on both of these right now but making slow progress.
To make things hard, the person has requested a favour from me. My first response would be to deny the request, because of the situation. However, I now recognize the situation that I'm in and I question if the answer is truly my answer, the right answer, or the response of the low energy I'm now in and the past karma. I'm doing my best to over come the situation at hand and approach the new request objectively.
We must always be careful of our reactions to people. Is it a negative response? Is the response base on past karma? Only by dealing with our karma and looking past our negative energies can we find the right answer.

It's All Your Fault
How many times when something bad happens to use do we blame other people. We have become a society that doesn't want to take responsibility for anything. Spill a cup of coffee on yourself and get burned? It's not your fault the coffee shop made it too hot. Well guess what it is your fault. You know when you buy a coffee it will be hot. I would bet the same person would complain it's cold if it wasn't. But, the point of this is not to rant.
What we need to understand is that we are responsible for what we do, happens to us and how we respond. This is regardless of what happens, yes I'm saying that if someone comes up and shoots you, it's your fault.
Now this may seem harsh to a lot of people. It seem harsh to me when I first heard the concept, but it is the truth. Everything that happens because of an energy relationship and our karma. Maybe that person shot you because unknown to either of you, you shot and killed him in World War II. Alternatively, he might have shot you in World War I. It is likely that the two of you have been wronging each other for several life times. As soon as realise that the reason "bad" things happen to you is because of something you've done you can really do something about it.
The fact is that you will relive your past karma until you do something about it. The first step is recognizing that the problem is inside not out. Then you can look inward for the root cause. Use what you feel as your guide. Recognize that they are the feels of a past life.
There is a lesson to be learn in almost everything we experience. If we stop blaming we can find the real causes to our problems and learn.
What we need to understand is that we are responsible for what we do, happens to us and how we respond. This is regardless of what happens, yes I'm saying that if someone comes up and shoots you, it's your fault.

There is a lesson to be learn in almost everything we experience. If we stop blaming we can find the real causes to our problems and learn.

Our Place on the Other Side
In our physical bodies our ability to understand the "Other Side" or Higher Dimensions is limited. Part of what we are here to do is to learn enough so that we are capable of living permanently in these worlds. This maybe a little against logic since this is where our higher selves currently exist, but until we reach that point we can not live in the body we call our higher self or soul.
The higher worlds are worlds of energy. They are beyond our ability to truly understand and see, but yet many people visit these worlds for lessons and guidance. When we do this our minds create an interpretation of these worlds our mind can understand. This is why some people's visions of these worlds can be different and have both correct. This is also why we have similarities, because after all it is the same world.
I have two versions of the higher worlds depending on why I am there. I also have a version that I have out grown.
The first version of the higher world I had I first experienced well over ten years ago. It was a vast dark void. In the void was a table and two chairs that occupied the only lit area in the void. A light shone down on the table from an unknown source above. At this point I had not learned enough to bring the other worlds into focus, but I could communicate with my spirit guide while we sat at that table.
A few years ago two new versions surfaced. The first was a vast crystal city. It contains rooms for lessons, healing area, "living" areas for the souls and what we would call a temple. It is here where I have spoken to Angels and Arc-Angels. I have learned from them and they have helped me with healings and negative energies.
The last place is the most personal place. It is my spiritual place. It consists of a waterfall, about 20 feet tall, of silver that plunges into a small river. At the rivers bank is a bench at which I have often sat. Here I have spoken to souls more personally linked to me. It is here that I first spoke to my son, when my wife was just a few week pregnant. I still go there and have talked to my son's higher self as recently as a few week ago, he's now two and half. It was here I also spoke to the daughter we lost recently. She explained some of the reasons for the event that took place and told me that she was not returning. She has moved on and is actually my son's current spirit guide.
So please tell me, what does the other side and higher worlds look like to you. What is your spiritual sanctuary?

Spirit Guides
I figured it was time to touch base on the topic that my blog title would imply this site is about, Spirit Guides.
Spirit Guides do exist and people do have them, but not everyone has one. The purpose of a "good" spirit guide is not to "protect" form bad things in your life. Some people would have you believe that these entities are here only to save us from bad things that would hurt or other wise kill us. But, this is not the case. They may at some point step in and do something that appear to be this way but they would never step in the way of a lesson you need to learn or a Karma you needed to clear. They cannot protect you from your own thoughts and energies they bring to you. Spirit Guides are here to help you to find your truth.
It is likely that you will not have the same spirit guide for you entire life, or even have one for parts of your life. As I said they are here to help us learn and thus once we have learned what they are there to help us with, they will move on. There will also be lessons that we must learn on our own, or is to our benefit to learn on our on. As we grow spiritually our ability to communicate with spirit guides and other higher beings increase, but they help they will provide decrease. It may seem odd that as we are able to better communicate with these higher beings that they do less for us. They do this because we are better able to do things for ourselves and the only way to continue to grow is for them to do less for us.
So what is a spirit guide? Well in simplest for they are an entity here to guide use. As you might have noticed above I referred to "good" spirit guides, this is because there are several different types of spirit guides.
Good Spirit Guides: are the higher selves of other people, either dead or living. As crazy as it sounds your spirit guide could be the higher self of someone living, but this is rare. These higher selves have become what some would consider Angels.
Neutral Spirit Guides: despite my choice in terms neutral spirit guides are not harmless. These spirit guides are discarnates or ghosts who have chosen not to move on; in some cases because they wish to stay behind and "help" someone. In most of these cases they do little to help themselves or the person they are trying to help. These people have not learn enough to be helpful as a spirit guide and they will end up interfering more in the persons development than they will help it progress. These types of spirit guides should be asked to leave and directed to move on to where they can get the help they need.
Malicious Spirit Guides: these usually take the form of sub astrals but can take the form of discarnates. These entities say that they are trying to help but in reality are purposely hindering the persons spiritual progress and in most cases are pulling it down and destroying their spirituality. These types of spirit guides must be instructed to leave and return to where they cam from. Their mere presence is an attack on your soul and spirituality.
The point of this sight is to be none of the above. I am not here to teach or to claim that what I write is the only truth. My purpose is to publish my beliefs and in a hope that it might help others and guide them to their spiritual truth.

Respect and Believe
I have been light on the post the past but I'm not going to apologies for it. The fact is that sometimes this will happen. In life we are ultimately responsible for our own happiness and learning and no on else’s. This week I needed to spend energies on me and my family, but this is not what I wanted to post about today.
In my previous post I got a reply where the person wished me to walk "with god's love". Now I do not think I stated it before, but I don't not believe in a god; at least not the biblical god. In spite of this I welcomed the wish with the intent that it was given. I respect the person's right to believe in god and to ask their god to watch over and help other. I make similar requests just not to "god".
This got me thinking about people’s tolerances towards others beliefs. I think that most people expect that based on you race that you will follow a certain set of beliefs. If you are white then you Christian or similar religion, if you’re from the Middle East then you are Muslim or the like. When you break this religious image people can have a hard time; you are breaking the image they have built of you. I do not judge people based on their beliefs, in fact I love meeting someone who is open about their beliefs and is willing to discuss beliefs with me. This does not mean that one tries to convert the other, but that you understand the other person’s belief. I find great value in understanding what others believe and why.
I think that if more people were accepting of other people’s right to believe differently we would be a lot better off. I look around the world I see so much fighting and killing going on because of differences in beliefs. There are few religions in the world today that don't teach peace and love. Let us lay down our arms, open our ears and our hearts. Then maybe we have a hope of peace.

Loss and Sympathy
Last Friday my wife and I went through quite an ordeal. I don't want to cover it all here, but you can see the full story on my personal blog here.
The events themselves had hard moments as would be expected but, both my wife and I were quick to accept and understand the situation. There are still some physically healing, but the more important emotional and spiritual healings are complete.
The hardest thing to deal with now is other people’s responses. There are no ways of avoiding telling people what happened. I mean we told people we were expecting we now have to tell them we are not. After that comes the well wishes, prayers and sympathy.
I have posted in past my beliefs on prayer, here, so if you’re considering praying for my wife and/or I please read it first.
But, what can you do about it. There are some people I feel OK with explaining my belief to, but most would not understand. There is a fine line between support, understanding and help, and sympathy and harm. Now I don't believe anyone is intending to cause us harm, but they don't understand the nature of the energy they are sending out.
My wife is getting more tired over the past few days. I believe that this is caused by the increasing number of people sending sympathy her way. Sherry a writing friend of mine posted that she was sending love. This is along the right lines. Send a spiritual hug, ask for the person to be help and then know that the help is there is the person needs it.
Over the next little while my posts maybe few. I know you will understand, and help us by not sending prayers and just asking the angels and higher spirits to help us when we need it.

Selling a Soul
On one of the blogs I visit on a regular basis she post regarding people who were selling their souls. Her post really got me thinking about my belief on the soul and possibilities and effects of selling it.
My first thought, which I put in a comment on his site, was regarding ownership on a soul. In putting our souls up for sale we are assuming that we have ownership over it and the right to sell it. I believe that this is a false assumption. We do not own our souls; if anything it is the soul that owns us. In my comment I equate selling your soul and a car selling its owner as being the same. Our bodies are really nothing more than a vehicle for our soul.
This being said it has not stopped people from selling and buying souls. This got me thinking about what the impact of selling your soul would be, is there one?
I believe that in selling your soul there is no impact on the soul. A physical person is not capable of owning a soul and other souls and more "advanced" beings would have no interest in it. There for you soul is safe from being sold. It's just like the con artists who use to try selling people the Brooklyn Bridge. The person who does the buying does not end up owning the bridge, because the person who "sold" it did not have the rights to sell it.
This being said I do not believe that selling your soul is harmless and should be done. The selling of your soul is a large act against your soul and spirituality. Through this you would incur negative karma. You would risk putting a block in place between you and your higher self for many life times, until you cleared the karma.
However, I doubt that anyone selling there soul is a spiritual person. Anyone who is on the path to finding their truth will likely know better than to try and sell their soul.

Roll up the Rim to Greed
Today's post is going to be a little different. I want to post on an event that is happening and the spiritual impact of it on those involved.
As most Canadian's will know, every year Tim Horton's (likely our largest coffee donut shop) hold a contest called Roll up the Rim to Win. Last week a girl found a cup in the garbage that had not been check. She tried to roll up the rim but could not. She then asked a friend to help her. It turns out the cup won, and not a small prize but one of the grand prizes, an SUV. Now the girls families are fighting over who should get the SUV. Then as can be expected people are stepping forward saying that the cup was theirs. Now I'm not going to go into who I think has a claim and who does not, that just adds to the negative energies involved, but that does bring me to the point I'd like to make.
This situation demonstrates how many people let greed and materialism control their lives. It is a very hard thing to fight against, how many of us would not fight over a $30,000 prize? But in doing so, we incur karma. Karma in that increases our connection to this the physical world and to physical things. Karma against the other family the people that we are attacking both in action and in thought. In all likely hood these two groups have been fighting over something for many past lives and will continue until at least one of those involved breaks the cycle.
If we are to grow spiritual we must learn to let go of our material wants, that doesn't mean we don't buy a house for our family it means that we see it for what it is; a physical dwelling to protect our family. It is not a status symbol or something to be treasured.
There are also a lot of people, who are talking about this, and I have been guilty of this, but I am working my way out. By talking about it I don't mean like I am now, but with judgement. Deciding who is right and who is wrong. When we case a judgement on someone or something we create what is call a thought form. A thought form is an energy that contains our judgements and that attacks those we judge, but it also attacks us, maybe not at the moment but it will come back, as we are incurring Karma. Once we create the thought we feed it and it grows; sometimes, like in this case, other join us in similar thoughts and their thought forms join with ours to make a more powerful thought form. It continues to grow as more and more people start feeding it. This is the reason why it can be so hard not to get swept up into mob mentality or public opinion. The thought forms can become so large that people get trapped in them.
We must be care what we thing, because despite what you might think, just because you don't say something doesn't mean it does do any harm. It is our thoughts that give life to the thought forms not our words. It is a hard thing to do, recognize when you are having negative thoughts, but as you catch yourself, realise that the are negative and do not feed them. Over time, maybe a long time, you will teach yourself that these thoughts are not acceptable to you and you won’t start down that path at all.
We should also consider what this is teaching those two young girls. If we want our children to be spiritual we must make sure we teach them the right things. For me that doesn't mean teaching my son to believe what I believe on a spiritual level but to show them what is right and wrong, acceptable and unacceptable through my actions. Let’s not teach our children that greed is OK and material things are what matters.

The Psychic Body
In yesterdays post I briefly mentioned the psychic body. The psychic body is one the three spiritual elements of who we are. The soul or the higher self is at the top and the psychic body is the first structure above our physical bodies.
Our psychic bodies act as the direct supporting structure of our body. It is created when we are conceived that grows and develops into childhood. During this time the past lives and karma that are to be dealt with in this life are "downloaded" from our mental self. This is one of the reasons why childhood can be such a traumatic time for a lot of people.
When we die if we do not let go of this life it is your psychic body that remains behind trapped here. These psychic bodies that remain on earth are what people call Ghosts; the term I have been taught is discarnate. Ideally when we die, we let go and our psychic body is integrated back into the mental and higher self.
All our illnesses, diseases, emotions, injuries, mental illnesses and negative events are directly linked to our psychic body and the karma and past lives within it. All of these things can be instantaneously healed, but finding the route cause of the illness, that past live, and releasing it / obtain a healing. In this way there are no incurable diseases. It is also here where we store the experiences of this life, positive or negative.
I have also mentioned sub-astrals previously and, made reference to them attaching themselves to you. It is to your psychic body that the sub-astrals attach themselves. I post at some point in the future more on sub-astrals; I think they warrant their own posting.
Again your psychic body is much more complex than outlined here. The purpose of this post, the previous post and like the next couple is to set the ground work for further discussion. I need to first outline what your spiritual self is, then I will get into how we can interact with it.

Do We Have a Soul
Many people question if we have a soul or not and many people have tried to explain what a soul is. It is my belief that we do have a soul and when we die that soul lives on and at some point in the future may be reborn into the world. The key statement there is maybe reborn. This leads to two questions, when it will happen and what if it doesn’t.
The when is a hard question to answer. I know you are not going to like my initial answer which is, it depends. The timing of rebirth is first dependant on the advancement of the soul. Younger or less advanced souls cannot control when or how they are to reincarnate back into this world. Old or more advanced souls can select not only when they will reincarnate but the situation that they will reincarnate to, choosing their parents.
Not returning to this world can result from two scenarios. The first and more desirable one is that the soul had advanced beyond this world, or at least to the point where it can now live indefinitely on the higher dimensions. The second possibility is that the soul has degraded to a point where it is no longer capable of being a soul. In this case the soul is returned, to where again will be covered later.
Now the Older/Younger implies that souls are created and obviously not all at the same time. Souls are constantly being created, being lost and not returning. The age of the soul does not directly determine its advancement. However age does play a part, as a young soul can not be advanced because it does not have the experiences that are required. Alternatively, just because a soul is old does not make it advanced. A soul’s advancement goes up and down based on its experiences. It is possible that when you die you are less advanced than when you were born.
After all this and I still haven't said what a soul is. The soul is an energy being. It is this being that it our higher self, these terms are interchangeable. I have heard to it referred to as our Christ self. If we can make contact to our soul there is very little we can not do. We can instantly resolve Karma and past-life issue and we can even alter our physical body. It is this connection that allowed Jesus to walk on water and perform some of his other "miracles".
Now you may think, this is great, I'll just connect with my soul and things will be great. What is missing from all this are the two levels that are in place between our soul and our bodies: the Mental self and Psychic Body. Both of these contain our past life experiences and karma and it is these that block us from interacting with our soul directly.
As you can see this topic is very large. Over time I will develop these concepts further and introduce new ones.

Energy
Energy is something that a lot spiritual people talk about. They talk about Light and Dark, or Good and Bad, or Positive and Negative energy. So what is energy what does this term mean? What makes energy good or bad?
I don't believe that energy can be good or bad. It can do good or bad things or have good or bad affects but energy itself is neither good nor bad by nature. That being said there are beneficial and harmful energy. I use the terms Positive and Negative energy.
Positive energy is of high frequency. It is the energy of the higher dimensions or planes (what ever term you want to use). It is the energy that fills us when we feel love and joy. It is the energy that protect, heals and teaches us. It is the energy of our soul or higher self. It is also the energies of these higher planes that support our physical universe.
Negative energy is of low frequency. It is the energy of the lower dimensions. It is the energy that fills us when we feel hate and anger. It is the energy that drains our soul and degrades our spiritual journey. It is the energy of what we think of as hell.
At every energy level or dimension there are "living" things, of various intelligence. In general the more "intelligent" the higher the energy, but its not really that simple. When we are touched by beings from higher dimensions we feel joy and love; these beings we call Angles or similar terms. When we are touched by a being from a lower dimension we feel hate and anger; these beings we call Demons, I use the term Negative Energy Beings or Sub-Astrals.
A lot of what is here is fairly vague. Some of the concepts I am more comfortable with ten others. I will post more in depth on many of the topics I touched on here. If there are specific ones you are interested in let me know. If not I will write what ever hits me at the moment.

The Truth
A lot of religious go on that they will tell you the truth or show you the path. My belief is that no one can teach the one true path. I don't believe that at the level of spiritual development that we are at on this world that we can even truly understand the whole "Truth".
Now this might sound confusing coming from someone who has their own spiritual blog. You might ask "Are you not trying to tell us the truth?" The answer is no, I am not here to say what I say here is the "Truth".
Here I will tell you "My Truth". I believe that this is what we need to find in this world/life. We must find our own truths and not the truths that we are told to follow. Now in some of my posts this may appear to be what I am doing, but I will state now that all that is posted here is my truth. My hope is that some will learn from what I have to say and it will help them find their truth. I also hope to have many comments that will challenge what I have to say and ask questions. In that I hope to find the holes and mistakes in my truth. In this way we will all become close to the real "Truth"

Gone Home
On Saturday we went to Ikea and bought the boy a new bed. As any parent will tell you this is a mile stone bed, it is his first "big boy" bed. We clean up his room put together the new bed and took apart his crib on Sunday.
As I have posted previously we have had some negative energies in his room and last night they were there again. My wife has told my son what to do if he sees things that scare him in his room. My wife went in to see him because he had been screaming. She sat down beside him and asked him if he was afraid of his new bed. We were concerned that his creaming had to do with the change in beds. He told her "No" several times. She asked him if he was afraid of something in the room and he told her that they had "gone home".
After this he went to sleep. I think it goes to show that kids can see things that we do not; things that frighten them when they are alone. There are energies out there that try and harm us, either intentionally or unintentionally. As adults we have been taught not to see them, but the young have not learned this. So they see them, and are frightened. But we can teach our children how to protect themselves and send those energies hat would do harm and frighten them away.

Welcome
Welcome to the Spirit Guide. Here I will post my thoughts and beliefs. Some of my initial posts will be posts I have made elsewhere but will find their new home here. I encourage you to comment (agree or disagree) on anything I post.

The Right to Believe
I came across an interesting posting which posed the question do we really have the " Freedom To Decide" our beliefs?
In much on of the world today we have laws that give us the right to free speech and the rights to religious freedom. This means that under the law we cannot be persecuted for our beliefs. But, does this give us religious freedom?
Look around the world today and you will as much hate and fighting between religious groups. Take the great tragedy of 911 as an example. A small group of terrorists, who claim to fight for a religious group, attack and destroyed two buildings and killed many lives. After the attack many turned their anger not only to the small group that was responsible, but towards any who followed the same faith the terrorists claimed to be fighting for. Government even follow suite harassing anyone with the wrong colour skin. Is this the right of religious freedom?
I believe that spiritually and belief is a personal thing, but there is one belief systems that I hold closest to and occasionally attend their groups. I tend to be reluctant to give people the name of the group because the information on the web is not accurate, at least not to the group I attend. The group is often considered a UFO cult, but in reality it is not. Most people say that the group is a bunch of wakos or worse, but the people in the group are intelligent people who I am proud to call my friends.
I'd like to think that most people are tolerant, but we are still ignorant of each others beliefs. Religion is one of the things you don't talk about. Through ignorance suspicion and hate are formed. We fear the unknown and the unfamiliar. I encourage everyone to make religion one of the things we do talk about, learn what other believe, why they believe it, and how they practise it. You don't have to believe what I or anyone else believes, but understand and respect their beliefs and their right to believe it.

Hidden in the Shadows
Have you ever put your child down for the night and had them scream? Have you ever had them scream before you even go to their room? By this I don't mean the normal "I don't want to go to bed" screams. I mean the child completely loses it, look of terror in their eyes kind of scream. Do you think that it is just the child trying to keep you around or is there something more?
I know with my son I can clearly hear the difference and in most cases where this happens he ends up staring at the same spot in his room. It has long been my belief that we come into the world spiritual aware and that over time we lose it and are taught by parent and society that our spiritual abilities are not real.
A couple of night ago we came back from my brother-in-laws place and my wife took our son into the house to put him to bed. He started to scream as she started to go up the stairs. She thought it odd but continued up stairs to put him to bed. In his bed room she sat with him in a chair, rocked and sang to him. Regardless of what she did he continued to scream.
I went up stairs, and being a way from the situation I recognized the scream. I find it common that, with my wife and I, the one not in the room with him has the better chance on noticing the differences in the screams. So I cleared my mind and went up stairs to face what I knew my son saw in his room and we terrifying him.
When I reach the hall out side his room I was hit with the powerful energy from his room and I knew that it was not a good energy. This had happened before but this was by far the worse I had felt from his room. I focused my mind on the light and entered the room with my mind. I looked around the room and saw the creature.
With that I started my attempt to clear the energy from his room. I ensured I kept my defences up and worked with my son and the spirits of light to clear his room. It took my quite a while but the instant I felt the main energy lift my son calmed down for a moment. It only lasted a moment, but I was already scanning his room and asking for defences on the room. There were still some negative energies in the room, but they were weak in comparison to the one that was just forced from the room. After a few more moment we were able to clear the energy from his room and he quickly settled.
It got me thinking. Our childhood is filled with stories of monsters in our closets and bogymen. What if I were to say that these are not just stories? That these things exist, you can't see them but your children can. It would explain why so many children are afraid of the dark. We spend so much energy trying to protect our children. I have failed to meet a parent who would not give their lives to do so. What if the most terrifying thing to our children is something that more of us are not able to defend against, something that over all our years we have learned to disbelieve? Open up your mind to the possibilities and your heart to the light. Watch for the shadows that lurk in the corners.
Just as an additional note, it is not always negative energies that are in my son's room. I have felt powerful energies of good or light there and when these energies are present; there are not screams, there is no crying.

The Dangers in Prayer
People in many faiths as well as those not following an organized faith take part or believe in the power of prayer to help "heal" other peoples personal and medical conditions and even large scale world events/situations. It is my belief that in many of these situations the praying does not help the situation. Many may say, well that's fine, but it does not do any harm and it makes me fell better. Well I cannot argue to what makes someone else feel better, but for the first item, they might actually be causing harm to the situation.
I believe that we can ask for help to be given to someone, to assist in their healing but we must be very careful. What happens in most cases where people "pray" for healings is that they end up making the situation worse. By prey with the thoughts of how bad the situation is and about the "poor" person who is a victim of it. This, rather than sending positive energy to the person and helping them, sends negative thoughts, like "pity". This only makes it more difficult for the person to heal.
I know of a case where a person I know was in the hospital with a critical condition. While in the hospital and trying to heal it they were having a very hard time of it. Medical treatments were not working and they were having a hard time spiritually healing. As it turned out their mother's church group was praying for them and unintentionally sending negative energy. Once they realised this and they block the negative energy from the group and asked their mother to stop; they were able to obtaining a healing.
For this reason, I will not ask anyone to pray/ask for a healing for me. I know that I can do it on my own with help from my spirit guides, and if I choose to respond to someone else's request I will briefly ask that they be helped and leave it at that, knowing that if the person looks up they will receive the help they need and I have done all I can.
